1Member Eligibility

To register and use rm89 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

Rm89 reserves the right to request supporting documents including a copy of your identity card, bank statement, or other relevant documents for identity verification purposes. This process is in place to protect your account security and to meet the platform's compliance requirements.

3Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Rm89 offers a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and other digital payment methods.

• Minimum and maximum deposits are subject to the limits set for each payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account registered in the same rm89 member's name.
• Rm89 does not accept third-party deposits; any deposit identified as a third-party payment will be returned.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the specified timeframe once all verification requirements are met.
• Rm89 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while KYC verification or a security investigation is in progress.
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the rm89 account.

4Game Rules & Fairness

• Completed game results are final and cannot be altered.

• Not use offensive, threatening, or racially charged language on any rm89 communication platform.
• Not attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors for unauthorized gain.
• Not be involved in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the rm89 platform.
• Not share your account login credentials with any third party.
• Report any suspicious activity or detected security vulnerabilities to the rm89 team immediately.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Rm89 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the minimum age eligibility requirement.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected activities related to fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• A self-exclusion request from the member themselves.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the rm89 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned once all security checks are completed, subject to no active restrictions or ongoing investigations.

9rm89 Liability Limits

Rm89 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and will always strive to ensure optimal service availability. However, there are liability limitations that every member should be aware of:

• Rm89 is not responsible for losses arising from internet service disruptions on the user's end.
• Rm89 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• In the event of unavoidable technical disruptions, rm89 will resolve the issue based on verified server records.
• Rm89 is not responsible for any financial decisions made by users in relation to their gaming activity.

10Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the rm89 platform will be resolved through the channels designated by rm89 management.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Rm89's failure to enforce any right shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rm89 regarding the use of the platform.
• The Bahasa Malaysia version of this document is the primary reference version for users in Malaysia.
