Who Are We?
Rm89 is an online entertainment platform built specifically to meet the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. We understand that the local market has its own unique characteristics — from game preferences to payment methods, interface language and the types of promotions most in demand. All of this forms the foundation of how we build and manage rm89 day to day.
Since launching, rm89 has grown from a small platform into one of the most actively explored online entertainment destinations among Malaysian players. We offer a wide range of game categories including Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Shooting Games and more — all within a single integrated platform that is easy to use and accessible from any device.
What sets rm89 apart from other platforms is not just the range of games we offer, but the way we treat every player. At rm89, every member — whether newly registered or a long-time loyal player — receives the same treatment: fair, respectful and attentive. These are not merely values written in a company document; they are daily practices you can experience firsthand in every interaction with the rm89 team.

rm89 Core Values
The principles that form the backbone of our work culture and service, every single day.
At rm89, these values aren't just words printed in an annual report. They are daily principles that guide every decision we make — from how we design the game interface and handle player complaints, to how we select the game providers we partner with.
Integrity means we never make promises we can't keep. When rm89 states that a withdrawal will be processed within a certain timeframe, we make sure it happens. When we state that a bonus will be credited once conditions are met, it will be credited without any additional excuses.
Responsibility means we care about our players' well-being beyond the game room. The rm89 responsible gaming program provides tools and support for players who need help managing their gaming habits — because to us, healthy entertainment is entertainment that brings joy, not stress.
rm89's Journey So Far
Every step we take is to be better for Malaysian players.
Rm89 began with a single purpose: to provide an online entertainment platform genuinely built for Malaysian players. From the start, we focused on ease of use, fast access and a diverse game selection relevant to the local market.
Rm89 expanded its game library by adding Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games and Bingo to the platform. Partnerships with renowned international game providers ensure that every game title available meets the highest industry standards.
All rm89 RNG systems undergo testing and certification by accredited independent audit bodies. SSL 128-bit encryption is fully implemented across all transactions and player data, establishing rm89 as one of the most secure platforms in the region.
The rm89 mobile app launched for Android and iOS, letting players enjoy all their favourite games from anywhere. Our 24/7 customer support team was also expanded to ensure every player's questions and issues receive prompt attention.
Rm89 now has over 500,000 registered members and continues to grow every day. With an active promotions program, new game rooms added regularly and continuous improvements to the platform's technical infrastructure, rm89 is on solid footing to become an industry leader in Malaysia.
